I grew up on a farm in Austria with seven siblings, where living close to nature shaped my sensitivity to the rhythms of life. From an early age, I was drawn to exploring the physical and nonphysical body and its influence on the mind. I find beauty in the natural ease and order of being, and in the gentle dialogue between active and receptive forces in nature and in all relationships.
At the age of nineteen, I joined the Don Bosco convent in search of a deeper meaning of life and a fuller understanding of being. During this time, I worked as a social educator with children and adults in education and the performing arts. Later, my training in the Rosalia Chladek® dance technique opened the door to an inspiring and expansive world of movement.
After fourteen years, I left the convent and moved to New York, where I studied a wide range of dance techniques, somatic movement, anatomy, Pilates, and Gyrotonic/Kinesis®. I expanded my knowledge through therapeutic training in Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Pranic Healing, Matrix Transformation, and other healing modalities. Training in Systemic Constellation Work and as a Life Coach further enriched my work, supporting clients through profound and transformative change.
Throughout my life, I have been guided by a search for deeper understanding, presence, and purpose. I experience it as my calling to touch lives through my knowledge, wisdom, and artistic work—and through the simple acts of seeing, listening, and being.
